2. Description of Service

SideNumber provides a virtual phone number service that allows you to make calls, send messages (SMS/MMS), and communicate over Wi-Fi or cellular networks. The service is available in the US and Canada.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SideNumber. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Complying with all applicable laws in your use of the service

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use SideNumber for:

• Illegal activities or harassment
• Spamming or unsolicited messages
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Impersonating others
• Violating others' privacy or rights
• Threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Sharing content that violates intellectual property rights

6. Third-Party Content

SideNumber may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Review their terms before using their services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SideNumber is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any interruptions or failures of the service
• Loss or corruption of data
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party actions using the service

8. Intellectual Property

SideNumber, its logo, and all associated content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or content without permission.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Billing & Payment

If you use a paid plan:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Billing occurs on the schedule specified at signup
• You can cancel anytime through the app settings
• Refunds follow our stated refund policy

11. Termination of Service

SideNumber may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal activity
• Non-payment (for paid accounts)
• Any other reason at our discretion

12. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Contact [email protected] to discuss any issues. For unresolved disputes, you agree to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflicts of law principles.
